Harbor Freight Mechanics Cart Welding Cart Kit (unpainted)

Welding cart kit for the Harbor Freight Mechanics Cart 5 Drawer tool box. SKU 70375. The kit is setup for a dual cylinder (S Type) tank rack. The kit includes the upper tank mount with chain mount to secure the tanks (chain included) and the lower tank mount with bottom deck. 

The kit uses the existing holes on the tool box, no drilling or welding required. You will relocate the casters to the new bottom deck with the included 3/8 carriage bolts and nuts. All other mounting hardware can be found from the tool box itself. 

This kit is raw steel and unpainted.
